Driving from LA I’ve always wanted to try Fire + Smoke. I’ve gone to the local hikes and trails but never stopped by for this amazing BBQ I’ve read so much about. So today I made the drive. And let me tell you! It was the best experience. Friendly staff, enjoyable atmosphere, good vibes, and flavorful food. I got the three protein plate with Mac & Cheese with Onion Rings with an extra side of beans. The brisket was so wet and juicy, smoked to perfection, the pulled pork maintain its juices and honestly could have been eaten with no sauces, I did however dipped it in the mustard BBQ and house BBQ…. ABSOLUTELY BOMB AF! Now the steal of the show was the sausage. I can’t even explain how good the sausage was. The cheddar in the center the tenderness. UGH! Would definitely go again. Also! Get the Agave Cream Soda roughly 80% and add a splash of sweet tea with generous amounts of ice…. You’ll know exactly what I’m talking about and remember a ninja from LA taught you that mix ;)

Stopped here on our way to Bryce. Fantastic food! Baked beans are awesome along with all their proteins. Cupcake was a perfect finisher. Worth the stop!

If you’re ever in Kanarraville after a long day of adventure, make sure to stop by Fire and Smoke Barbecue! We went there today after a thrilling day of riding dirt bikes, and it was the perfect way to end the day. We tried the brisket and pulled pork, which were both mouthwateringly tender and full of flavor. The cowboy nachos were a great treat to share, and the pulled pork sandwich hit the spot. What really stood out was the amazing customer service. The owner came out to chat with us, which made the experience even better. As if that wasn’t enough, they treated us to some delicious wings on the house. The food was incredible, and the kindness of the people there made it a truly memorable meal. If you’re passing through, don’t miss out on this fantastic spot!

Came back today, and it was a good decision. I tried the Coachella Apple Salad with smoked turkey, and it was really satisfying. In addition to the apple, there were chopped dates, pecans, and watermelon radish. Great mix of crunchy flavors! My spouse tried the smoked sausage sandwich with pepper jack cheese and baked beans on the side. We especially liked the way chopped peppers, pickle slices, and onion fixings were also served on the side! Fountain drinks are all sweet here, but they have bottles of diet soda available. We can't wait until their location opens in Cedar City! Yesterday: Alas, we arrived minutes before they closed for the day. We'll be back tomorrow for their BBQ menu!

We did the Kanarra Falls hike and passed the restaurant as we left. It smelled delicious & had to turn around and try it out.. it was top notch food! Fun vibes in the restaurant! Excellent food! We really loved that it’s a small family run business, & a super nice family! Your stomach and tastebuds will thank you for stopping in (so will the family)!! Always good to support a fellow small business!

Wow! Fantastic BBQ place! We did the 2 proteins and one side dishes. Brisket melts in your mouth. Ribs are cooked to perfection. And the pulled pork hit the spot! I would recommend the Mac and cheese over the fries for a side even though I normally wouldn’t. The BBQ sauces went with everything. The spicy is my favorite as it has a rich sweet flavor to it without it being hot. Even the pop was delicious lol. The owners even came up to chat with us at our table and were super friendly. We called ahead (~20 minutes) so that the food would be ready when we arrived. We thought it was going to be busy but it wasn’t at all when we got there. But we saw some people wait a bit to get their order when they order there. Just in case you’re in a rush! Also, double check when they are open as we had this place on the docket to have dinner here for like a week but then kept realizing they were closed or we wouldn’t make it there in time. But that’s on us lol. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

This place was incredible! Hit the spot after a long hike! The ribs fell off the bone and the brisket melted in your mouth it was so tender! The atmosphere is great and the owner and staff are friendly and courteous! Definitely a must try! And definitely work the 2.5 hour drive!! Good luck with your second location!!

Hands down some of the best BBQ we've ever had! From the moment we walked in, we were met with warm, welcoming vibes — it's a husband-and-wife-run gem, and you can feel the love they pour into everything. The cheddar and jalapeño sausage is out of this world — not only incredibly flavorful with just the right kick, but also supports the agricultural program at Texas Tech University (how cool is that?). The brisket? Like melty, butter-soft heaven. The turkey was shockingly moist and packed with flavor (turkey lovers and skeptics alike will be impressed), and the pulled pork just explodes with taste — every bite was a wow moment. The staff?
